With a RentSURETY Agreement, we serve as your guarantor, giving landlords added confidence and security.
Our program is fair, simple, and affordable. Instead of paying an additional security deposit at move-in, you pay a one-time Initial Premium and manageable Monthly Installments for the duration of your lease. Initial Premiums typically range from $100 to $400, and Monthly Installments average under $160. In many cases, landlords include the Monthly Installment amount in your lease, increasing your monthly rent accordingly.
Get approved for the home you want. Just find a property on Go4Rent.com, complete your lease application, and indicate that you want RentSURETY. We’ll coordinate with the landlord and handle all the paperwork. Tenants remain responsible for the security deposit, monthly rent, and RentSURETY fees. Some restrictions apply.
We currently offer two types of rental guarantees:
RentSURETY Essential
If you run into financial trouble and can’t pay rent, RentSURETY Essential can cover up to three months of rent once an eviction is filed. This protection gives landlords more confidence in approving your application, even if your credit or rental history isn’t perfect.
RentSURETY Pro
RentSURETY Pro works as a full lease guarantor. It pays the rent to your landlord each month as it becomes due—no matter what happens. You pay RentSURETY for the coverage, and your landlord receives their rent on time for the entire lease. This significantly increases your chances of getting approved, especially if you have credit challenges, limited rental history, late rental payments, a recent eviction, or other special circumstances.
