The best way to add RentSURETY is to process all of your applications at Go4Rent.com. We must verify the credit, income, rental history, and employment of all applicants to determine the policy amounts. This verification process must be completed by Go4Rent. Once the verifications have been completed (2-3 business days), we can present a binding quote.
If the applicant is approved with RentSURETY and the applicant has agreed to the terms, complete the Lease Request form. Go4Rent will write the lease, collect all the move in funds, and pay the commissions. Each month, the applicant will pay their rent on Go4Rent along with the RentSURETY fee as the fee is written into the Lease Agreement.
With either a Rental Payment Assurance or a Security Deposit Replacement Agreement, the home must be managed by Go4Rent. Please see our management information.
If you wish to move forward with eirther of RentSURETY's services, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Lease Request Form.
- Go4Rent will write the lease with the Monthly Installment included in the monthly rent payments. When the tenant pays the rent, they are also paying the Monthly Installments for RentSURETY.
- Go4Rent will collect the Initial Premium, 1st Monthly Installment, security deposit, and 1st month's rent.
- Go4Rent will pay the commissions to the realtors via ACH or check. (if Realtors are involved)
- The home must be managed by Go4Rent and the landlord must select the Elite Tier.
- All rental payment must be made payable to Go4Rent.
- We will send the Agreement docs to the landlord and teant for signatures.
