Our surety programs are fair, simple, and affordable. Most renters pay less than $165 per month, and this amount is incorporated directly into their lease agreement. When tenants pay their monthly rent, they are simultaneously paying for their RentSURETY coverage through Go4Rent.com.

RentSURETY Essential
Provides up to three months of rent payments if the tenant stops paying and an eviction has been filed.
RentSURETY Pro
Acts as a fully qualified lease guarantor, paying the rent each month as it becomes due—regardless of tenant performance. The tenant pays RentSURETY, but the landlord receives their full rent on time for the entire lease term.
